Marianne Magelssen

"Breathing for life"
About the book:

Suddenly your life is turned upside down; you are no longer the passionate, productive and prompt person you used to be. You are ill, but you are also well. It is very rare that everything about us is unhealthy at the same time.

We have a tendency to seek help everywhere else but in ourselves, but you have a dynamic tool which is free and can be found right under your nose; your breath.

This book and the implementation tool are aids to achieve better health and stress management, and to improve presence and performance.

Many people have shared their knowledge about breathing in this book, including former biathlete Liv Grete Skjelbreid Poiree and actor Gard B. Eidsvold.
